Job Description:

Work with Project Managers and Clients to build and modify software applications.

Supervision Received:

Works under the direct supervision of the Project Manager or designee.

Required Performance:

  • Create secure, functional code
  • Develop software requirements specifications, design documents, and plans with the project manager
  • Maintain git repositories for developed software
  • Research, recommend, innovative, and where possible automated approaches for software development
  • Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale
  • Contribute to and maintain software standards
  • Maintain security patches and updates for software programs

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Technical Understanding of Relationship modeling and Object-Oriented design.
  • Documentation Skills
  • Required Experienced with Object-Oriented Software
  • Required Experience with SQL

  • Experienced in two or more of the following languages/Platforms: C, C++, C#, PHP, JAVA, JavaScript, ReactJS, Spring, and/or Python
  • MVC Architecture Experience Preferred
  • Linux Experience Preferred
  • Eclipse IDE Experience Preferred

General Statement of Duties:

Using your print, motion, and interactive design skills to develop brochures, electronic news letters, and videos to communicate Epic’s story.

Supervision Received:

Performs assigned duties under the direct supervision of the CEO or designee.

Required Performance:

Communications Design

  • Develop display ads, social media posts, and email newsletters
  • Aid in establishing consistent branding language
  • Lead an assortment of creative projects to support the brand
  • Effectively communicate company messages via print and digital medium
  • Concept and Create and produce visual communications in Print & Digital
  • Create and edit videos for rich media
  • Maintain the Company’s Social Media presence
  • Develop graphical assets for applications

Product Education and Marketing

  • Host product education and training events
  • Prepare training guides
  • Assist sales with demonstrating and communicating product features to customers
  • Assist sales with creating, communicating, and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and post information to the company’s social media presence
  • Assist sales with maintaining and updating the CRM database and contact lists
  • Identify and compile lists of prospect customers contact information from information sources for use within the sales team.

Minimum Entrance Requirements:

  • Demonstrate Previous works with Print, Web, and Video
  • Proficient in Adobe Creatives Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
  • Proficient in Office Products – Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Power Point.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors and customers.

General Statement of Duties and Required Performance:

The Systems Support Technician works with Epic and its’ clients to provide support for their computers, networks, and phone systems. The Systems Support Specialist;

  • Maintains various systems including virtualization systems, SQL Servers, Web Servers, Backup Servers, and Deployment Software.
  • Install and maintain new or existing networks.
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
  • Provide support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
  • Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
  • Ability to create and maintain administration scripts and programs.
  • Preform job tasks as required for clients.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain client computers and peripherals.
  • Ability to work with Windows, Windows Server, MacOS and Linux systems.
  • Ability to terminate and run networking cables.
  • Other Duties as required.

Supervision Received:

Works under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager or designee.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting windows networks
  • Windows domain management experience required
  • Network fundamentals of routing/switching required
  • Linux experience preferred
  • Wireless Networking Knowledge
  • Virtualization Knowledge Highly Preferred (VMware & Hyper-V)
